CHRISTIAN STONE allows returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, you must meet the following conditions:

• Request returns within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
• Item must be returned with original tags and packaging

Sale and pre-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. For all apparel, keep tags attached and avoid using deodorant, makeup, or perfume that may damage fabric. For footwear, wear clean socks when trying on and test on carpeted surface to avoid damaging soles.

Customers are responsible for covering the costs of return shipping and coordinating with a trackable shipping service.

To return the product(s), please make a return request by emailing info@christian-stone.com containing the following information:

• The order number
• The name of the item(s) being returned
• The tracking number of the return shipment
• The reason for the return 

Please note that refunds take up to 14 Hong Kong business days to process and exclude shipping fees and duties, from the day we receive the product(s) returned by the customers. It might take longer during the public holidays, but we will email the customer to inform on the delay. 

Please note final sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
